🔄 1. Our "No-Questions-Asked" 3-Day Exchange

If the size isn't quite right or the color doesn't suit you, don't worry! We offer a hassle-free exchange within 3 days of delivery.

  • Condition: The outfit must be unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached and in its original packaging.
  • Sale & Clearance Items: Exchange is only available if there was a mistake from our end.

💰 2. When Do You Get a Full Refund?

We will gladly issue a 100% refund of the product value if:

  • The product arrived damaged during transit.
  • Our packing staff accidentally sent the wrong size, color, or design.
Refund Processing Time:
Once approved, your refund will be transferred to your Bank Account, JazzCash, or Easypaisa within 5–7 working days.

Note: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

❌ 3. When Are Returns & Exchanges Not Possible?

Unfortunately, we cannot process returns or exchanges if:

  • The request is made after 7 days of receiving your order.
  • The product has been worn, washed, altered, contains perfume scent, or makeup stains.
  • The product or its original packaging has been tampered with.
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives and contact us immediately if there is any issue.
