• Orders placed before 3:00 PM (Pakistan Standard Time) are dispatched on the same working day.
• Orders placed after 3:00 PM will be dispatched on the next working day.
• Orders received on Sundays or National Holidays will be processed and shipped on the next working day.

📦 3. Estimated Delivery Time

• Standard Delivery: 2–4 working days.
• Courier services do not deliver on Sundays.
• During Peak Seasons or Mega Sales, delivery may take up to 7 working days.

📝 4. Delivery Rules & Guidelines

• Orders are delivered only to the home or office address provided during checkout.
• PO Box addresses are not eligible for delivery.
• Our courier partner will make at least two delivery attempts.
• For self-collection requests or locations outside our standard courier network, advance payment is required before dispatch.
